Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and supporting of our customers
  • Answering requests and queries 
 

Requirements: 
  
  • Minimum A level standard of education 
  • Highly computer proficient 
  • Knowledge of socialmedia page maintenance 
  • Mature, patient and responsible 
  • Excellent social and verbal intelligence
  • Communication and Customer care skills 
  • Previous experience in customer care or in a call centre 
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Maltese 
  • Organised and able to work under pressure
