Our client is currently looking for an Insurance Customer Service Clerk.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting clients and providing them with information on Personal Lines Insurance (Motor)
  • Processing of policy renewals
  • Updating of existing customer policy records
  • Issuing of quotes and new policies
Skills and Experience Required: 
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills 
  • Have a talent for building relationship with the client
  • Be precise, focused and have an eye for detail
  • Have good time management skills and be assertive 
  • Have the ability to assume responsibility and demonstrate an eagerness to learn
  • Teamplayer
  • An asset: Insurance exposure at any level is preferred
