Our client in the finance industry is looking for an head of commercial development to join their team.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop a strong and robust strategy to move the business forward, including identifying new opportunities.
  • Implementation of a holistic, strategically aligned business model for sales of Tier 1 & 2 clients within our industry sectors
  • A high comfort level in dealing with various contracts.
  • Ownership of product pricing model. You will be responsible for the commercial management of the NetRefer Product Suite
  • Forecasting, budgeting and P&L
  • Lead the development of the Sales and CRM team
  • Accountable for sales, customer retention and development strategy
  • Proactive management of new opportunities
  • Bringing feedback into the development process
  • Evaluates operational issues to determine how competitive and current it is with the latest trends in the industry
  • Monitors external and internal environment for development of new market segments
  • Assists in or produces feasibility studies/business plans for new product development
  • Developing and launching new products whilst enhancing existing client relationship
  • Streamlining processes in order to accelerate revenue generation
  • Assisting other teams with client focused strategy – retention etc
  • Understanding key business objectives and aligning activities accordingly
  • Assisting in strategic direction of the product/service and business in general
  • Continue to keep the culture and appetite for new business - exciting and engaging
