Compliance Agent

Our client is currently looking for a Compliance Agent.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line customer support
  • Obtain client information by answering telephone calls, chats, live calls
  • Verify the received information/documents by following the compliance procedure
  • Determine eligibility of the information/documents received and upload the relevant documentation into the system
  • Respond clients queries in an efficient and effective manner
  • Follow up on clients and maintain good relationship
  • Working closely with other internal departments resolving customer queries

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • accurate eye for detail
  • Honest, enthusiastic, passionate and resilient character
