Billing and Credit Control Administrator

Our client is currently looking for a Billing and Credit Control Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Issuing invoices and statements on a regular basis
  • Following up with debtors to ensure payments are effected within a reasonable time-frame
  • Liaising with partners client-facing staff to ensure that all time is being billed accordingly

Skills and Experiences Required:

  • Knowledge of office software applications
  • A Level standard of education
  • Background in accounts and 1 year experience in a similar role or working within an office environment will be considered an asset
  • Ability to perform and work under pressure
  • Good communication skills, be fluent in written and spoken English Language
  • Good organisational skills
  • Team player
