Banqueting Manager

Our client in the Hospitality industry is currently looking for a Banqueting Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities: 
  • Monitor the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees working in the conference and event space, and maintain effective employee relationships
  • Frequently interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and receive feedback
  • Ensuring the group’s standards are maintained at all times
  • Staff monitoring to ensure that demand meets the planned objectives
  • Supporting the F&B Manager in all F&B planning and organization
  • Setting up of different banquets, conferences and events and ensuring that preparation of service is up to company standards
Requirements:
  • Five years’ experience in Food & Beverage
  • Be flexible in attitude, approach and working hours
  • Possess a valid Food Handlers License
  • Good English skills
  • Knowledge of Micros Fidelio POS system
  • Strong leadership skills
