Our client in the finance industry is looking for a Accounts manager to join their team.

Responsibilities : 

  • Working closely with clients to develop business performance and profitability and achieving the desired growth in line with business objectives
  • Implementing an account management strategy aligned to the overall business strategy
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships
  • Responsible for negotiating contract renewals and project agreements for assigned clients
  • Understanding of client requirements and ensuring project delivery as per customer needs and within time, quality and budget
  • Ensure good relations and effective communication channels with all team members while responding effectively and in a timely fashion to managed clients
  • Serve as the lead POC for customer related requests and escalation of issues
  • Responsible to maintain client profiles and ensure timely reports on client account status and metrics

Requirements :

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, IT or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in a client focused role, preferably as an Account Manager
  • Client service oriented and able to interact effectively with business partners
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence clients at all levels, including C-Level
  • Experience with CRM software will be considered an asset
  • Strong organisation and planning skills as well as problem solving
