Our client in the transportation industy is looking for a Storekeeper to join their team.


  • Receiving Materials from suppliers
  • Handling of materials to technical staff for required repairs to company assets
  • Record keeping of issued materials
  • Maintains clean and organised Stores work areas and tools; including hazardous wastes management
  • Warranty process management


  • Be knowledgeable of automotive vehicle parts and accessories
  • Be familiar with inventory principles and practices; proper methods of store keeping, including the receipt, inspection, storage and issuance of supplies
  • Have good record maintenance skills using computer and related software applications
  • Be capable of handling heavy or bulky automotive parts, accessories and equipment
  • Maintain effective work relationships with vendors, officials and employees
  • Proficiency in verbal & written in English
  • Be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
  • Have at least a secondary level of education and 1 year of experience that would provide a good working knowledge of automotive parts

The role will involve shift work including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
