Marketing and Affiliate Manager

Our client in the IGaming industry is currently looking for a Marketing and Affiliate Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities: 
  • Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of Affiliate Marketing programs
  • Acquisition, retention and activation of new Affiliates and partnerships
  • Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with all partners
  • Analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results & devising strategies
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone and email communication
  • Working with numerical data presented in a variety of reports and spreadsheets

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years as an Affiliate Manager
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong interpersonal skills and salesmanship attitude
  • Negotiation and analytical skills
  • Have a good understanding of the gaming business ROI, effects of bonus mechanic, free spins and average revenues per user etc.
  • Good knowledge of Affiliate Marketing, SEO and SEM and/or Online Marketing experience from a customer-focused, high-transaction volume company
  • An eye for detail and excellent verbal and written skills
  • Able to work autonomously and proactively
  • Excellent understanding of the Online Gaming industry Native level Swedish and English language skills
