HR Administrator

Our client in the Finance industry is currently looking for a HR Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of interviews and meetings
  • Handling all employment engagement and termination formalities
  • Employee sick and leave recording
  • Dispatching of the company doctor to employees who report sick
  • Advertising of new vacant posts
  • Dealing with staff queries in relation to HR matters
  • Liaising with recruitment agents
  • Logging of CVs received
  • Managing HR filing
  • Assisting the HR Team with other ad hoc requests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Good knowledge of office software packages
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attempts and processes tasks with high attention to detail
