HR Administrator

Our client in the finance are currently looking for a HR administrator to join their team.


  • Overall responsibility for HR documentation (employment contracts, appendixes, termination agreements) – ensuring that the relevant documentation has been prepared and the employee profile updated accordingly in the HRIS
  • Registration of the joining and leaving employees, opening access / restriction tickets
  • Composing and distributing organisational announcements
  • Group level reporting
  • Organizational structure updates
  • Support the process of collecting and collating HR data when required


  • Higher education in economics, HR or similar field
  • 2+ years previous experience in similar field is welcomed but not required
  • Very good English language skills both in written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of labor law in general
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure 
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to meet deadlines while handling and prioritizing multiple tasks 
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically with Excel
