HR Administrator

Our Client in the Financial services sector is currently looking for a HR Administrator to join their team.


  • Dealing with daily HR Admin duties - telephone, email
  • Maintain and update database 
  • Assisting with travel and general queries for candidates
  • Support training course organisation – invitation emails/compliant paperwork as well as sending training course updates
  • Remind candidates for relevant documents
  • Filing and/or scanning of company/institution/personnel documentation
  • Keeping track of pending issues and resolving them in an effective timely manner
  • Handling CCS Manuals and ensuring they are completed timely as well as fullflling managements’ specifications
  • Applying relevant payroll procedures for specifically listed regions – obtaining necessary commission information, documentations, reports as well as sending out pay slips
  • Ensure website is updated in liaison with Marketing and IT Dept.
  • Dealing with the candidates on a salary scheme who need monthly progress reports
  • Create weekly or monthly reports as requested by the management
  • Issuing proof of earnings/employment and providing reference letters when requested
  • Managing terminated email accounts
  • Manage and update suitable certifier lists by liaising with relevant institutions
  • Handle and manage any ad-hoc projects that may crop up as and when requested by the management

  • Excellent communication skills

Desireable Skills: 

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
  • A degree level of education would definitely be preferable however it is not required to be specified to HR
  • Experience in customer care would be an asset
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English is a must
