Finance & Office Administrator

Our client is currently seeking to strengthen its finance department by engaging a proactive, meticulous and responsible individual in the position of Finance & Office Administrator on a full time, or part time basis between 12.30 and 18.00 hrs.

Responsibilities

  • Posting dat-to-day accounting entries
  • Performing bank and other reconciliations, cashier/debtor/creditor reconciliations
  • Compiling statutory reports
  • Assisting the financial controller with the end of month processes
  • Filing and other administrative duties

 

Skills and Experiences required

  • Being meticulous and an effective team player
  • Communicating fluently in written and spoken Maltese and English
  • Having an eye for detail and a sound knowledge of MS Office tools  especially Excel and Word
  • Previous work experience
  • Ideally in possession of an O Level pass in accountancy
