Our client in the Food&Beverage industry is looking for an experienced,ambitious and determined Finance&Administration Manager to join their team.The chosen candidate will oversee the day to day activities of the finance, administration and HR teams and ensure that the company’s’ finance function is organized and efficient and produces accurate fin

Responsabilities:

 

  • Operating general accounting functions and activities including but not limited to the preparation of monthly management accounts, VAT returns and Excise duty
  • Being responsible for month end accounting procedures and reconciliations of financial data flows
  • Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows
  • Generating statutory and internal financial reports such as monthly consolidated Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
  • Supervising operational processes and procedures ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely manner
  • Manage the credit control function
  • Liaise with external organizations and authorities including external auditors
  • Overseeing HR and overview of monthly payroll
  • Supporting the Director with the day to day, monthly and year end operations of the finance department.

 

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified ACCA (or equivalent) with previous financial control, management reporting and administrative experience of at least 5 years
  • You will be able to demonstrate your experience of managing small accounting and administrative teams
  • The candidate should be confident, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
  • You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach
  • Computer literate with good Excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles
