Customer Support Officer (Polish Speaking) - Mobile Banking

Our client in the finance industry is currently looking for a customer support officer (Polish Speaking)-Mobile banking to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer relationship building
  • Troubleshooting customer related issues with the usability of the internet banking and mobile application
  • Providing superior customer service in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the Bank’s products and services, and ensuring customers are provided with accurate information
  • Assisting customers with online banking, mobile application and onboarding processes
  • Attending to customers in an orderly manner to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Identifying selling opportunities as per customer needs
  • Processing of outgoing payments by operating the Bank’s IT systems
  • Processing transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining high service standards
  • Adhering to all Bank policies and procedures, corporate security policies, regulatory guidelines, industry service standards and codes of conduct
  • Record keeping as per requirements and the Bank’s policies and standards
  • Ensuring accounts are opened according to the Bank’s product and service guidelines
  • Cancelling and temporary / permanent blocking of cards on customer request
  • New card issuance and renewal processes
  • Sharing knowledge and experience with other team members and the provision of support as and when needed
  • Demonstrating a positive attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and punctuality
  • Assistance with gathering of data/information for the Bank (via phone, e-mails and chat)
  • Providing support with invoicing, allocating payments and related duties, in line with the Bank’s policies
  • Assistance with administrative tasks in accordance with the Bank´s policies, procedures and instructions
  • Communication and close cooperation with country co-ordinators and other departments
  • Monitoring the repayment of loans by customers, including by tracing relevant amounts to the Bank´s accounts and allocating the incoming payments in the Bank´s records
  • Performing any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
