Customer Support Officer - Brazilian Speaker

Our client in the finance industry is currently looking for a Customer Support Officer - Brazilian Speaker to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering questions about the company's products and services
  • Build Customer relationships
  • Troubleshoot customer-related usability issues for Internet banking, mobile application, and loan applications
  • Contact potential or existing customers to use scripts to inform them about a product or service
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Accurate acceptance and processing of orders
  • Support customers with online banking, mobile applications and onboarding processes
  • To properly address customers to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Account opening will be in accordance with the Bank's product and service policies
  • Cancellation and temporary / permanent blocking of cards on customer request
  • New card issuing and renewal processes
Requirements:
  • Speaks English and Brazilian fluently orally and in writing
  • Very good understanding of banking operations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexibility and adaptability to fast process changes
