Customer Service Manager

Our client is currently looking for a Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve customer experience, creation of dedicated customers and promoting organic growth;
  • Developing service procedures, policies and standards
  • Controlling resources and utilising assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Monitoring, controlling and supporting service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed
  • Completing random audits of orders completed to ensure correct standards are followed

Requirements:

  • University Degree or Diploma in IT, Management or similar
  • Certificate in ITIL Foundation
  • Certifications in Prince2, Agile or related Project management
  • Knowledge of ISO and PCI
  • Experiences in providing customer service support
  • Very good knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Fluent in English
  •  Knowledge about the latest technology trends and application in industries
  • Possess to think strategically and to lead
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
