Credit Control Clerk

Our client in the FMCG industry is currently looking for a Credit Control Clerk to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Debtors’ collection
  • Booking and assignment of documents
  • Creation and dispatch of reminder letters and explanations
  • Connect with sales people and other company employees to resolve open issues
  • Weekly / monthly reporting on accounts receivable balances
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts and solving requests for outstanding invoices
  • Work within tight deadlines and achieve budgeted goals
  • Archiving and maintaining records and reports relevant to credit control operations
Requirements:
  • Have an O degree or AAT diploma in Business and Commerce or equivalent
  • Be ICT literate
  • Good communication and organisation skills
