Our client in the Finance industry is looking for an experienced,ambitious and determined Conference Administrative Assistant to join their team. The chosen candidate would be provide administrative support to the Events Manager & Sponsor Coordinator.

Responsabilities:

  • Manage incoming registrations
  • Manage payments for registrations
  • Organize and distribute conference supporting materials as needed
  • Manage surveys for all events, including but not limited to
  • Manage APP set-up and maitenance during events
  • Assist with presentation management as needed, including but not limited to

Requirements:

  • 2 years administrative experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
  • Demonstrable computer literacy skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Organizational, multi-asking and planning skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and self-starter
  • Able to work independently and collaborate as a part of a team
  • Flexible
