Cloud Specialist

Our client is currently looking for a Cloud Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Replacement of computer components as needed or requested;
  • Maintain our core cloud infrastructure including firewalls, switches, servers and storage
  • Fix system and network issues as well as software bugs in our cloud infrastructure
  • Developing and maintaining a few SOPs by using first-level support for the cloud system
  • Coordinate and support the technical support team to ensure that the company provides the best possible service
  • Meet with potential cloud customers to find the solution that offers the best solution

Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience working as system administrator
  • Good knowledge of virtualisation technologies, particularly vnWare and hyperV
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems
  • Able to work independently but also within a group
  • Very good communication skills with ability to build useful relationships and synergies across departments
  • Qualification in IT of at least MQF 5
  • Industry Certifications
