Chief Operations Officer

Our client in the Finance sector is currently looking for an experienced Chief Operations Officer to join their team. The chosen candidate should swiftly develop a clear understanding of our company’s core values and culture and ensure that this is reinforced with all our staff compliment.

Responsabilities:

  • Analyse internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement;
  • Spearheading actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the Board of Directors;
  • Directly oversee operations, and partner with the Board of Directors in developing and implementing business strategies and to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets;
  • Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders;
  • Employing various initiatives to coach employees in order to optimize their capabilities.

 

Requirements:

  • MQF/EQF Level 7 qualification in Business Administration, or related field;
  • 5-7 years’ industry specific experience in executive leadership positions;
  • Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity;
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues;
  • A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics;
  • Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues;
  • Be able to manage and motivate a team of professionals effectively.
