Our client in the Finance sector is seeking a talented Business Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with product team to launch and maintain Finance Stack website
  • Working with product team to draft software manuals
  • Liaising with legal team in regards to contracts and client onboarding documents
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies on open positions  
  • Coordinating with Head of software development with regards to talent acquisition  
  • Coordinating with HR department with regards to onboarding of new employees and other HR matters 
  • Working on Linkedin and other social platforms to source candidates directly
  • Overseeing client invoicing

Requirements:
  • Passion for software development
  • Bachelor's Degree or a number of years of experience in a related role
  • Highly organised, efficient and able to multitask
  • Experience in recruitment will be considered an asset
  • Experience in content writing, drafting documents for public consumption will also be considered an asset
  • Candidate should have high attention to detail
