Our client in the telecoms industry are currently looking for a business analyst to join their team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Business Analysis Mehods and Delivery
  • Experience in designing Business
  • Strong analyticl and product management skills
  • Able to determine, develop and document data requirements
  • Good Knowledge and experience working on Software Development and clear understanding of SDLC process
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and analyse complex application systems issues
  • Experience in delivering service oriented architecture design & modular development methodologies
  • Experience in designing REST based software solutions
  • Have experience designing and delivering ERP, CRM
  • Ability to deliver wide ranging software development
  • Good analytical and producht management skills
  • Experience in continuous improvement efforts and a demonstrated willingness to adapt to and learn new business processes and IT technologies
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure while maintaining positive interactions with peers and business users
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences


Responsibilities: 

  • Working directly with the business/technical users to gather business requirements and translate to technical specifications
  • Process requirements by using interviews, document analysis, site visits and scenarios
  • Work indepedently with users to define concepts and under direction of solution architects, project managers, business owners
  • Develop all documentation according to IS standard templates, using natural language
  • Research and recommendations of business process improvements and be expected to work with the developers to design and enhance existing software solutions
  • Liaison between the business teams, IS delivery and services teams and vendor implementation teams
  • Recognise areas for improvement & communicate them to management within the continual improvement process
