Administration Manager

Our client in the Finance industry is looking for an Administration Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Make sure that all internal requests received via the central help desk system are processed in a timely manner
  • Make sure that the related administrative and travel requests are forwarded to appropriate departments or third-party providers
  • Negotiate with suppliers to build a strong relationship and achieve optimal pricing
  • Responsible for checking orders and invoice approval
  • Monitor the stock of office supplies and procure new materials, taking into account budgetary constraints
  • Responsible for leading the Records Management Team, a unit responsible for digitally scanning all incoming and outgoing documents, including post, courier and offsite archiving
  • Plan and organize internal and external events
  • Make sure the deadlines are met
  • Monitor project progress and recommend methods to ensure that the project is completed on time and in full compliance with the approved budget
  • Manage and maintain the bank's insurance program
  • Analysis of insurance needs and provision of optimal coverage, cost conditions and claims settlements
  • Manage the insurance program and the deployment
  • Works as an internal insurance ambassador, manages a robust data exchange, provides more transparency and active insurance strategies to obtain the required coverage for the operational business units
  • Periodically review the departmental manuals and contact the supervisor to publish new updates / revisions as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, proficient in MS Office Suite
  • At least 5 years experience in an administrative role with experience in leading a team
  • Understanding of Office Management Procedures
  • Willingness to take on a wide range of tasks according to the needs of the company
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment
