Accounts Clerk

Our client in the Transport industry is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for helping in the overall day-to-day operations within the Finance Department.

Responsabilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Update receivables and payables ledgers as necessary
  • Able to do bank reconciliations and bank payments preparation
  • Assist with end of month routines
  • Knowdeledge of finance administration, including filing
  • Complete ad hoc projects and other financial activities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese
  • Be able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and flexibility with work schedule
  • Be detail and goal oriented and have the ability to integrate and work well in a team environment
  • Have a high level of accuracy
  • Possess an Advanced level standard in Accounting
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications


·         Revenue reconciliation

·         Posting of invoices

·         Liaise with suppliers
