Accounts Clerk

Our client in the Hospitality industry is looking for a Accounts Clerk to join their team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Issuing and posting of Debtor’s invoices

  • Collecting amounts due by debtors

  • Posting of Creditor’s Invoices and creditor’s reconciliations

  • Issuing of payments

  • Petty Cash, Credit cards, VAT and bank reconciliations

  • Posting and reconciling of daily sales with bank deposits.

  • To close monthly stocks and post general journals in preparation for the Management Accounts

  • To compile and prepare any reports as directed by superiors

  • To perform any further duties as may be required by the Company from time to time


Requirements:

  • Applicants need o level or A level in accounts an asset
  • One year experience in a similar Job
