Accounts Assistant - Part time

Our client in the ICT Services is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Accounts Manager in performing all accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Open and sort finance mail
  • Code and enter all incoming invoices
  • Management and updating of accounting records, including the posting of routine transactions, reconciliation and entry of accounts payable data into the accounting system
  • Prepare accounting reporting up to Trial balance stage
  • General administration including office duties
Requirements:
  • Working experience about 2 years
  • Qualification in Accounting at MQF L5 (AAT or A-Level in Accountancy)
  • Knowledge of Accounting terms, principles and process
  • Strong understanding of customer support methods and ability to interact with tact with clients
