Accounts Clerk

Our client is currently looking for an Accounts Clerk.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of clients’ accounts
  • Posting and allocation of funds received
  • Chasing outstanding debts and answering clients’ finance related queries
  • Preparation of bank deposits
  • Processing of purchases’ invoices
  • Daily maintenance and update of spreadsheets
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Very good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good time management skills (as to meet tight deadlines and work with minimal supervision)
  • Ability to cooperate and work well with others
  • Preferably have an A’ Level  standard in Accounts or some relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
