Our clien is looking for a development manager in Malta

The Role:

 

The Development Manager is responsible of the development department and any software projects conducted by this department. Providing hands on development and support, the development manager acts as a mentor and a lead developer when required. The individual is required to take any technical related decisions during software projects conducted by the department in the attempt to provide the company with the most cost-effective solution in the required timeframe.

 

 

The Requirements:

 

Experience: Minimum of two years in similar position

 

Education & Technical Experience:

Methodical way of thinking

Analytical mindset required to elicit information/requirements to build what is required

Ability to create complex system designs which result in an efficient, resilient and robust system

 

·         ASP (3 years +)

·         ASP.NET (3 years+)

·         SQL Server 2000/2005 (3 years +)

·         C# (5 years +)

·         Html/javascript

·         WCF

·         Windows 2003 basics (mainly IIS 6.0)

·         XML

 

 

Skills:

 

·         Be a team leader

·         Ability to work under pressure

·         Ability to manage multiple software projects

·         Efficiently organize and delegate work amongst the team

·         Manage resource effectively
