Casino Marketing/Affiliate Manager (Malta)
Job Title: Casino Marketing/Affiliate Manager

Reporting To: Head of operations
Job purpose summary
Managing client's casino affiliates and casino campaigns:
- Grow client's casino customer base by acquiring new casino customers via affiliates
- Grow client's casino affiliate base by acquiring new casino affiliates and optimizing existing casino affiliate relationships
- Maximise casino gross margin and contribution generated from casino affiliates
Key Responsibilities:
- Management & growth of casino affiliate business
- Management of casino affiliate life cycle management; acquisition, retention, and reactivation of casino affiliates
- Account management of global/major casino affiliates
- Assistance in the growth & management of casino affiliate business in local markets
- Development and management of casino campaigns for affiliates including conception, implementation, promotion and evaluation
Key Functional Interfaces (within and outside own function/department):
- Online marketing
- Field marketing
- Product managers
- Marketing production
Job Skills Required:
- Strong sales and account management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English, both written and oral
- At least 4 years work experience and at least 2 years experience in affiliation - all within the online gaming industry.
- Excellent connections in the casino affiliate industry
- US facing marketing and affiliate experience is advantage
Preferred Qualifications Needed:
- Educated to degree level
- Fluent English, both written and oral
Personality:

- Self going
- Good social skills
- Positive attitude
Computer skills:
- Must be adept in use of Internet, email and Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Word and any other related software related to the gaming industry
Other requirements:
- Able to work extended hours when required
- Must have clean police conduct
