Alex Grech - Founder
Alex is a business strategist with over 15 years' experience in management in the technology sector. His experience ranges from multinational environments to SMEs and start-ups. Alex has held top management postions within the European HQs of IP Sharp Reuters and Hitachi Data Systems, and was Director Strategic Business Development at Maltacom plc. Alex has also been a consultant with the Office of the Prime Minister Malta and was the founding Chairman of Heritage Malta. Alex is a Chartered Accountant, and a member of the British Chartered Institute of Management.

Dr. Gege Gatt - Founder
Gege is a lawyer with extensive experience in ICT corporate strategy and operations. He is a founding member of ICON Studios, a Microsoft Gold Partner and a world-class web-applications development company. Within ICON Studios, Gege holds the position of Director of Strategy & Business Development. Gege has masterminded several online development projects, primarily in the tourism, e-commerce and retail sectors. Clients in this area range from Hilton to McDonald's, and Procter & Gamble to Xerox. Gege is also an expert in Data Protection and ICT contracting, having worked with clients including Vodafone and Brandstatter. His area of specialisation includes online privacy, computer misuse and outsourcing SLAs. Gege holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology and a Doctorate in Law from the University of Malta. He is a member of the Camera degli Avvocati (Malta) and an affiliate member of the British Computer Society. Gege is a regular contributor to several business and IT publications including 'Hi-Tech' and 'The Update'.

Sinan Vural - Founder
Sinan is a technologist specialising in Web 2.0 systems. Sinan's appointments include CTO with the Waldonet Group, CTO with iWorld Group and Senior Project Architect with Yapi Kredi Bank in Istanbul. Sinan has a BSc in Computer Science, Engineering and Communications from Marmara University, Istanbul and an MBA in International Business, Strategy and Management from Yeditepe University in Istanbul.

Ian Castillo - Director
Ian Castillo has been in the multimedia industry for over seven years, having graduated from the University of Malta with a BA (Hons) in Communications. He was a founding partner of Icon Studios and has successfully managed numerous client project ranging from high-end web applications to interactive multimedia. He has dealt with clients from diverse industries including transshipment, corporate training, hotels, and food and beverage sectors. Ian is a Microsoft-certified application developer. 

Elizabeth Ayling - Director Communications
Elizabeth is a communications professional with a strong, analytical and research background.  She is an experienced journalist, editor, trainer and copywriter, primarily working with client and agency teams on web strategy, architecture and content.  Elizabeth has also worked within the press team of the European Commission's London office. Elizabeth holds a BA (Hons) in European Studies (Bath); a post-graduate Diploma in Journalism (City, London) and a Masters with Distinction in Digital Media (Sussex).
