Business Analyst / Project Manager
Our client is in need of an individual that would have an IT background and would be required to combine the role of Business Analyst / Project Manager.
Key responsibilities may include:
- He/she would be responsible for defining and documenting user requirements using Use Case and other standard software engineering methods.
- He/She will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills and the personality to control and to orchestrate the information gathering process with several stakeholders in a very demanding environment.
- Responsible for leading/managing IT projects and initiatives and would be required to give regular and meaningful project updates to senior management.
- He/she may also be required to interact with third party suppliers of software services/software systems to the client.
Requirements:
These are some of the qualities / experience that would be expected:
- 2 -3 years business analysis experience
- 2-3 Project Management/Leadership experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The personality to manage and control the expectations of project stakeholders and senior managers, and to drive through initiatives using several IT resources from across the IT organisation
- The ability to integrate quickly and a very demanding and fast paced environment, the ability to work with minimum supervision and a need for flexibility in his/her approach to work
