Muovo is looking to engage an assertive Recruitment Executive to handle the company's growing list of clients.

 

 

The Job

 

Recruitment consultancy is a varied and demanding profession requiring dedication and motivation. The role is mainly face to face meetings and telephone based interviews, so you will be a confident and talented communicator with the ability to engage and influence people. You will be immersed in a fast-paced and target driven environment and will have the opportunity to work with clients in Malta and abroad.

 

Your duties:

• Recruitment sales within a specific niche markets.
• Pro-actively selling our recruitment services to a wide range of companies.
• Sourcing and representing candidates to clients.
• Internet research.
• Managing our candidate database
• Development and maintenance of ongoing candidate and client relationships.
