For our growing business we need to engage a part time Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You must have the ability to sell and develop new ideas. This could be a great opportunity for a summer internship or part time job.

The Job
Recruitment consultancy is a varied and demanding profession requiring dedication and motivation. The role is mainly face to face meetings and telephone based, so you will be a confident and talented communicator with the ability to engage and influence people. You will be immersed in a fast-paced and target driven environment and will have the opportunity to work with clients in Malta and abroad.
Your duties:
- Recruitment sales within a specific niche markets.
- Pro-actively selling our recruitment services to a wide range of companies.
- Sourcing and representing candidates to clients.
- Internet research.
- Managing our candidate database
- Development and maintenance of ongoing candidate and client relationships.
