Web Project Manager

Our client who is a Casino Games provider based in Malta is looking for a Web Project Manager to join their team.

The Web Project Manager is responsible for planning, implementation, tracking, and control of web projects and maintenance of Web products:

• He/she manages the complete project cycle, associated processes and supporting site standards.
• Working on Web, Digital and Online Marketing related projects it will be his/her role to liaise with external suppliers, internal designers, front and back end developers, sales and marketing people to pull projects together on time to budget and within spec. As well as constraints such as cost, schedule, resources, and quality.
• He/she will manage multiple projects (both B to C and C to C) and ensure efficiency and timelines.
• He/she will be involved from the moment a project is requested through to final delivery and will be expected to have a clear methodology for running projects consisting of:
• Define the project
• Plan the project
• Get approval to proceed
• Implement the project plan
• Evaluate the project

 Responsibilities

• Deals with Business Development Department and/or clients from pitch to release (full project life cycle)
• Participates in project research and proposals
• Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
• Holds regular status meetings with project team.
• Leads the work sessions on the project scoping and specification
• Produces and manages work-plans and schedules for all the departments and external suppliers involved in a project
• Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
• Tracks progress and reporting to Business Development Department and/or clients
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Oversees test programmes through to sign off
• Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.

 Required Competencies

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Previous project management experience gained within a digital/web environment.
• Leadership, team work and clients/suppliers management.
• Very organized, able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Have an eye to detail
• Excellent communicator
• Able to work under a lot of pressure and manage tight deadlines.
