Swedish French Assignment Manager (Malta)
Purpose of the role
Take full responsibility for the operation of the assignment(s) in order to:
Responsibilities
Maximize profitability and ensure service levels by always balancing efficiency in the use of human resources with quality in the provision of the service.
Maintain and extend the relationship with the client in order to clarify their expectations and deliver agreed services as well as identifying up-selling opportunities.
Assume responsibility for the people aspect of the assignment(s) and adopt a hands-on approach in the recruitment, training, performance monitoring, coaching and leadership of Team Leaders within the assignment(s).
Authorities
Revise operational practices and increase productivity aspects to maintain economic targets/goals.
Approach Country Manager and propose new processes and working opportunities for the client in order to maximize efficiency & consolidate the working relationship.
To take necessary actions regarding staff management.
Education
High School / University Degree Level Education is important but the attitude is crucial
Work Experience
- Management / Operational experience
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
- Account Management experience.
- Customer Service experience
The client will give the candidate adequate training, but he/she must have an ability for understanding for business.
Language Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent in Written and spoken Swedish and French
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Native Swedish or French peaker
- Fluent in English
