Contract: Full time

Salary: Competitive plus 10 return flights per year and accommodation and catering provided by the Clinic

Our Client is looking to hire General Manager  for their Clinic in Tripoli, Libya.

Job functions:

• Manage the day to day running of the Clinic in Tripoli.
• Maintain an excellent communication level with all Departments and the Board of Directors.
• Develop and improve new budgeting measures to help reduce operational costs.

Objectives of the post:

• To maximize the potential of the Company’s business concern in Libya.
• To maintain a high level of standard quality healthcare within the Clinic.
• To develop the business concern into an exemplary showcase in Libya.
• To enhance the managerial aspect of the clinic in Libya.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Management position.
• Must possess a degree or a relevant qualification in Business Administration.
• Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Arabic language is beneficial, any other language will be considered as an asset.
• Must possess a good level of communication.
• Experience of work with Libya and Libyan nationals preferred. Experience of work with Libya and Libyan nationals preferred.
• Must be fluent in IT & Communications.
• Must possess a sound knowledge of the Arabic culture and its traditions and customs.
