Human Resources Manager ( France )

 Our client an iGaming company based in Paris, France is looking to hire experienced Human Resources professional.

The Role:

 

You must be an experienced professional with understanding of the legislations and the human part of the HR Management. You will be expected to work closely to the Senior Management of the company and act as mediator between them and the employers.

 

Your duties will be but not limited to:

·         recruiting and staffing;

·         organizational and space planning;

·         performance management and improvement systems;

·         organization development;

·         employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;

·         employee orientation, development, and training;

·         policy development and documentation;

·         employee relations;

·         company employee and community communication;

·         compensation and benefits administration;

 

 

 

The Requirements:

Proven track record of successful HR practise for at least 10 year;

Education in the area of the Human resources management or related.

Fluent in English
