Job : Automation Lead

Location: Malaga

To work with both the testing and development teams to prepare and oversee the creation of automated test plans. Provide automation expertise and product knowledge to further our test coverage and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Test software using automated testing tools.
• Design and write automation test plans/scripts.
• Enhance and grow automated test coverage.
• Ensure software meets Key Performance Indicators.
• Oversee automation QA Test Analyst team.
• Schedule automation/performance test runs on Bench Marking environments.
• Provide feedback to Development Teams and Business Stakeholders.
• Provide estimates and project scheduling information.
• Mentor and educate QA/Development Teams on automation.

Required

• Thorough knowledge of structured software testing and process.
• Proven experience of testing complex user interface including rich client applications and websites.
• Detailed knowledge of both Manual and Automated Testing.
• Experience with current automated testing tools including Marathon, Test Complete, Selenium and Fit.
• Experience of testing software using Java, .Net or similar application platforms.
• Experience of agile development methodologies.
• A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.
