Job: Web Analyst

Location: Malaga

Provide analytical insights to enable the business to continually drive growth through the company’s website. Possess the technical skills needed to compile and manage the data, and also have the strategic, creative, and analytical skills needed to connect the quantitative data to insights that drive and change the business.

Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic, technical, and analytical support for the website to inform the business on website trends
• Analyze current web based marketing contact strategies and their impact on website behavior (Email, Organic Search, Paid Search, Online Directories)
• Develop strategic and actionable recommendations based on website data analysis
• Establish success benchmarks and leverage new learnings to optimize and refine websites and landing pages as needed
• Manage all parts of website testing initiatives (setup, execution, and analysis) for a variety of testing categories (offer, creative, and functionality based) with the goals of continually improving the website experience, driving growth, and increasing the return on investment
• Day-to-day management of SiteCatalyst analytics system to ensure tracking, reporting and analytics are functioning optimally.
• Creates and maintains key reports, dashboards and analysis utilizing SiteCatalyst and SQL.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or other related discipline, required
• Minimum of 2-3 years of analytical experience
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Access
• Experience in an E-commerce or E-Marketing environment preferred
• Experience with website analytics applications ( Omniture, Google Analytics etc.)
• Experience with A/B and Multivariate testing a plus (full factorial, Taguchi) applications (Google Website Optimizer, Omniture Test &Target, Sitespect, Optimost)
• Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail required
• A motivated self-starter that can work in a fast-paced environment and gives high attention to detail
