Based At : Head Office Malta
Reporting To: Customer support manager

 

We are looking for German and Greek Support Agents.

Essential qualifications:

 
Native speakers, with the ability to translate from English to their native language.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Computer literate.
Polite and able to work in a team.
Able to work on a 24/7 schedule.
Residing in Malta or willing to relocate here.

Bonus qualifications:

Interest in and knowledge about the iGaming industry. 
A university degree.
Previous experience in the sector.
Previous experience making out-bound calls.

The role entails communicating and assisting customers via e-mail and live chat in native language and English.

Willing to work in shifting hours.
