Java Developer

Note: This is a project-based opportunity on a definite contract with the possibility of extension after one year 

Responsibilities 

• Understand software design patterns
• Devise elegant solutions to complex problems
• Embrace an agile software philosophy
• Integrate within the software team 

• Good working Knowledge in JAVA having at least 3 years + 
• Believe in automated testing
• Appreciate the need for various programming languages. 
• Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Integration
• Preferably some experience using Ruby and Ruby On Rails
• SQL
• Advanced Javascript (including JSON, JQuery)
• Mercurial distributed version control
• Unix utilities
• Experience in Telecom sector is considered an asset
